Light, explored
Skin, explained
How GlowUp™ LED masks use four wavelengths of light, across six modes, in a 10 minute hands-free ritual.
Every color of light
has its own job
Light is measured in nanometers (nm). Shorter blue wavelengths are absorbed near the surface of the skin, while longer red and near-infrared wavelengths travel deeper. GlowUp™ masks combine four of them across six modes.
Red
635 nm
For skin that looks smoother and more radiant.
Red + NIR
635 nm + 850 nm
Red paired with near-infrared, for the look of fine lines.
Infrared
850 nm
Near-infrared light, invisible to the eye and the longest wavelength in the mask.
Blue + Red + NIR
465 + 635 + 850 nm
All three together, for blemish-prone skin and the look of fine lines.
Blue
465 nm
For blemish-prone skin.
Amber
605 nm
For a more even-looking skin tone.
